Please ensure that your file has been designed to fit our printing specifications for a wraparound mug design, or you are using a "letterbox" style photograph of the correct size.
The full printable surface is 18.5cm x 9cm (2183 x 1075 pixels at 300dpi). This will take your image to approx. 2.5cm from the handle on each side and around 0.5cm from the top and bottom of the mug.
The optimum resolution is for your image is 300-600dpi. Colour is RGB.
Downloadable templates - we have templates in different formats that you can download and use to set up your mugs or to check that your images are the correct size. You can find these on our
templates page.
Our mugs are printed using a dye-sublimation process and have a dishwasher-safe coating. No minimum order quantity.
Delivery - usually within 5 working days from receipt of payment (may be longer for large orders and at busy times). All prices include delivery to UK mainland addresses.
