There are different ways you can order printed items from us. We don't mind which you use so please choose whichever option you prefer from the links below. If you're not sure about which to use please contact us and we'll set up your order for you. We accept payment online by credit/debit card and PayPal, or offline by cheque.

These should be laid out using our printing templates or to the design specifications for each product.

By post:
To order any items by post please send your order details, images on disk and payment by cheque to:

Colour matching - please remember that, due to differences in software/hardware and colour profiles, every monitor will see colours differently. Images are printed from the files you supply and, if precise colour matching is required, (such as a company logo) a hard-copy printed sample (e.g. a letterhead) should be submitted to the postal address above before approving the proof.

File formats - your artwork should be a high quality image file, eg. tif, cpt, psd, high quality jpg and large enough to be printed at the size required. We can only enlarge an image by a small amount before the print appears pixelated. We cannot print from Microsoft Word or Publisher documents, however we may be able to redraw designs from these formats at no extra charge. We will accept pdf files provided that these are the exact size and have all fonts embedded. There are Design Specifications on all of our product pages to help you with your layouts if you are sending a complete design, or you can download templates for business cards, postcards and greetings cards and mugs.
