Two Tone Mugs - Similar to our standard ceramic mugs but with coloured rims and handles in red, blue, yellow and green. Prints can be one or two sided or a full wrap-around design. Colour Change Mugs - Thermochromic coated mugs - black in colour when cold but this becomes transparent when hot liquid is added revealing the design underneath. Prints can be one or two sided or a full wrap-around design. Images or text, or both. There's no extra charge for a two-sided design and all mugs are printed in full colour. Frosted Glass Mugs - similar sized to our standard ceramic mugs. Prints can be one or two sided (they are not suitable for full wrap-around design). Text and/or logos work best on these mugs. DELIVERY:

Delivery for small orders of printed mugs is usually by Royal Mail First Class Post. Larger orders are sent by Royal Mail parcel post. The cost of delivery is included in the prices shown above.

Turnaround times: usually within 5 working days for small orders, minimum 5-10 working days for larger orders. This may be longer at busy times so for large orders you should allow at least 14 days.

The full printable surface of the standard mug is 20cm x 8cm (2362 x 945 pixels at 300dpi). This will take your image to approx. 2.5cm from the handle on each side and around 0.5cm from the top and bottom of the mug. Please note any additional layout information on your order - the default printing location for non-wraparound images will be facing out from the drinker if held in the right hand.

Large areas of a single colour should be avoided on mugs if possible as these may not print well , especially if these are a dark colour or black.

Where light text on a dark background is needed, the text should be as large as possible to to minimise colour-bleed in to the light areas.
Image file formats should be high quality jpegs, tiffs, Corel Paint files (.cpt), Adobe Photoshop (.psd) or Portable Network Graphics (.png). PDF files may be suitable if the image is the correct size.
The optimum resolution is 300-600dpi. Colour is RGB.
(Please note that Microsoft Word and Publisher files are not suitable for printing, however we can redraw a design sent in these formats if required - often at no additional charge).

Unless we are supplying an image or design for you we print your items from the files you provide. In most cases the print colours will match your original image, however you should be aware that there can be a considerable difference in the colour profiles between different monitors and printers and the colour you see on your screen may not always be the same shade as the printed colour. If colour matching is critical, eg. a company logo, you should provide a printed sample with your order (eg. letterhead) so that we can ensure the print colour will be matched correctly. We are not able to match Pantone colours.

For best results please supply files for printing on dye-sublimation products (mugs, mouse mats, coasters etc.) in RGB format.

We only print on white ceramic 10oz mugs, we can print a coloured background for your text, but please note that this will not cover the whole of the mug surface.
