PROMOTIONAL & PERSONALISED PRINTED COASTERS:

Your own design, artwork, logo or photograph printed on a coaster. Anything from your business logo and contact details to a favourite photo as a great personalised gift. We have different styles of coaster available. High quality board coasters with photo-quality print, fabric-topped coasters with a rubber backing and glass coasters in plain or "Chinchilla" finish. COASTER CARE:

Can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Try to avoid using scourers as they may scratch the surface (or underside of glass coasters).

DELIVERY:

Delivery for small orders of coasters is usually by Royal Mail First Class Post. Larger orders are sent by Royal Mail parcel post. The cost of delivery is included in the prices shown above.

Turnaround times: usually within 5 working days for small orders, minimum 5-10 working days for larger orders. This may be longer at busy times so for large orders you should allow at least 14 days.

your artwork should be a high quality image file, eg. tif, cpt, psd, high quality jpg, large enough to be printed at the size you require. The optimum resolution is 300-600dpi. You can check the size and quality of your image by printing it on a sheet of paper at your required size. The quality of print will depend on the quality of your original image so for best results please ensure that your image matches our print requirements.
We cannot print from Microsoft Word or Publisher documents, however we may be able to redraw some designs from these formats at no extra charge.

Unless we are supplying an image or design for you we print your items from the files you provide. In most cases the print colours will match your original image, however you should be aware that there can be a considerable difference in the colour profiles between different monitors and printers and the colour you see on your screen may not always be the same shade as the printed colour. If colour matching is critical, eg. a company logo, you should provide a printed sample with your order (eg. letterhead) so that we can ensure the print colour will be matched as closely as possible. We are not able to match Pantone colours.

For best results please supply files for printing on dye-sublimation products (mugs, mouse mats, coasters etc.) in RGB format.
